Coelestina Kurzrock-Juschkus, President EWMD Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. and Director Corporate Members EWMD Deutschland e.V., is an expert in project, risk, business continuity and travel management with more than 23 years experience in different industrial areas, including software sales, architecture and aerospace. Coelestina studied in Potsdam (Germany), Rostov-on-Don (Russia) and St. Petersburg (Russia, DAAD-stipendiary) specialising in Russian and English philology (Dipl. paed.). On completion of her studies she began her career as a project manager on a number of large change management projects in Berlin, Magdeburg and Moscow.

In 1998 she joined BMW Rolls-Royce AeroEngines, today Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd & Co KG. Her roles have included Risk and Insurance Executive, Business Development Executive Russia, Project/Risk/Transition Manager for a 65 million € newly build test facility, Compliance Implementation Manager and acting Compliance Officer. Today she is responsible for the risk management in the business sector Civil Small and Medium Engines and for travel management in Germany. As a consultant and member of the Berlin-Brandenburg Aerospace Association (BBAA e.V.) she has also driven several innovative aerospace projects with the German and Russian Government.

Coelestina has a keen interest in promoting diversity and established the Rolls-Royce Germany WoMen´s Network as a Co-founder in 2009. Coelestina has been a member of EWMD since 2011 as the Rolls Royce representative in Germany. She strongly believes that the cultural mind-set change for gender equality in our society can only be achieved by men and women driving for change together.
